Dr. Shawkat Z. Mohammed, Lecturer at the University of Zakho, participated in the Third International Conference of Manara Foundation for Development and Education entitled “The Role of Humanitarian and Social Science in the Community Service and Development”. The conference was conducted on November 2 and 3, 2022 in the capital of Lebanon, Beirut.
